I bought a 2022 Tesla Model Y from Lee Johnson last month. They assured me the car was in good condition, under warranty, and had no accidents. However, I soon noticed issues like noises, A/C problems, and the car pulling to the right. Tesla later informed me the car was out of warranty due to a severe accident and non-original parts. They provided a report showing the car needed $3,300 in repairs. I felt devastated and betrayed. When I contacted Lee Johnson, they initially refused to take the car back and only offered $2,500 for repairs. They then suggested a trade-in for a car $6,000 more expensive, which I couldn't afford. Finally, they agreed to take the car back but demanded $700 and my down payment. This is unacceptable. They sold me a damaged car under false pretenses and lied about its condition. I had to drop off the car for a simple oil change. I did set an appointment 6 weeks prior but driving habits change and was about to go over the 1000 mile range for the free oil change.
