From service to new purchase Took my car in for service and while waiting, Bernard, came in and talked about purchasing a new vehicle. After a little hesitation, I thought it would be no harm to listen to him. When he finished getting figures together, I was ready to make the purchase. Returned to handle the transaction after the weekend. He was so very kind in helping me get what I wanted. He took the time to make sure I understood all of the 'bells and whistles.' I'm a senior citizen so it took a little more time for me. Sharon was also very helpful in the finance office. She went above and beyond in assisting me and making sure I understood everything. Mr. Spivey, general manager, was very friendly and also made sure everything was in place. Kudos to Hyundai of Dothan for an amazing job. I will be a regular visitor, because of their friendliness and concern. More
