The second visit was going the same way until I told them to lift the car up and look behind the engine for possible leaks from other places. An oil cap that leaks two quarts of oil in 40 miles??? Are you sure you employ actual mechanics? Do you need me to come in and teach them??? At the labor charge you charge to customers, I shouldn't have to come out to the garage and do your job. More
