Genesis Owner Not Feeling The Love I'll review with my timeline: • 8:28 Arrived for my 8:30 appointment. Young man working in the drive up area told me to go inside and check in. Advisor asked me what I was here for, and asked if I had an appointment. (he didn’t introduce himself) Told him yes, and the 6,000 mile service. Seems like if you make an appointment, and fill out the on-line form, this verbal exchange should be a verification of what you signed up for. Not acting like they have no idea why you’re here. • 8:45 car hasn’t moved • 8:56 Advisor walks over to me, calls me Thomas (not my name), and asks me what I am here to have done. Nearly 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. • 9:05 car rolls away; cannot see it on any of the surveillance cameras in the waiting room. Another "feature" of this dealership that isn't really a feature. • 9:38 car is returned. Advisor tells me they forgot to wash the car. Do they want me to have them wash it? Of course not! I have already been there 70 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Just unacceptable. I bought a Genesis (in part) because I expected to be treated like I was someone important when I returned to the dealer. Not here. Very disappointing. More
