Leaves Much Improvement I made an appointment one week prior to the scheduled service. I arrived 15 minutes EARLY. It took one hour and twenty minutes for an oil and filter change. I never received a copy of the multi point inspection. The car was not washed. The car acquisition manager started a process but never brought it to a conclusion. Very poor care. More
