Easy buying experience. Chris did a great job meeting expectations. Transaction was done within hour of looking at vehicle. The ONLY issue is the dealership did not have a second key for the vehicle... expectations. Transaction was done within hour of looking at vehicle. The ONLY issue is the dealership did not have a second key for the vehicle.... they didn’t disclose that information. The car is a 2020 with 6500 miles on it. I can’t imagine the original owner did not trade cat in without a second key. The keys for this vehicle are smart keys with FOB’s to set alarm etc and are expensive to replace. Dealership is trying to locate a key. The right thing to do is to have or replace key for automobile. I would recommend dealership without any reservation. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and provide a second key. More

I have two Hyundai's. When I brought my Elantra in for an oil change it was fast, friendly and great service. 5 Stars there. Saturday I made an online appointment. Had my Veloster there at 11:20 for an 11:30 oil change it was fast, friendly and great service. 5 Stars there. Saturday I made an online appointment. Had my Veloster there at 11:20 for an 11:30 oil change. The car hadn't moved by 1:10 and we left. Not so good... If you can't keep an appointment time, don't bother offering them. Not so good but I'm trying again Tuesday. More

Communication is a problem. I spoke with the online representative on the day before identifying a car that I was interested in. I stated that I would be traveling 3 hrs to look at the car. I also call representative on the day before identifying a car that I was interested in. I stated that I would be traveling 3 hrs to look at the car. I also called the morning of travel to confirm and I let them know I was on the way. When I arrived, I was told the car was loaned out. I could not understand their logic. How can you tell me they look forward to see me knowing you don't have the car available. Then I was asked, if I was interested in a white car and when I was there to see a black car. Didn't make since. I sat there waiting over an hour to retrieve the car. I purchased the car but left the car for cleanup and prepping. 2 days later, I made plans by taking off work and asking to take off work to help retrieve the car. Just before traveling, I called. The car would not be ready because they didn't know the individual that would prep the car was off work for the day. Again, communication. I took off work and my from took off work for this. Needless to say it was an irritating and wasteful day. More
