Then, he doesn’t know you even though his name is on the contract as the sales person. If your buying a certified car take a mechanic with you nd if it starts to rain before you can finish checking out the car inside and OUT don’t sign anything because once you do, as stated by the dealerships Manager your OUT OF LUCK. The certified car had warped roasters (so much for 150 point inspection) tires with chunks missing from the tire wall and according to another Hyundai dealership an AFTER MARKET FENDER. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else like Jim Ellis where they take ownership. Lesson learn for me, stick to reputable dealerships and never buy a car if it starts to rain. Side note, DARYL COFFEY might be one of the only people there with ethics (sales personnel). More

GREAT Experience! After doing some online shopping, our daughter decided to check out a 2018 Elantra at the local Hyundai of Cumming. Shortly after filling out an onli After doing some online shopping, our daughter decided to check out a 2018 Elantra at the local Hyundai of Cumming. Shortly after filling out an online voucher request ($40 gift card to test drive a new car!), I received an e-mail from Chris Gardner asking a few preliminary questions. We went in the next day, and he helped her pick one out to drive. Chris patiently answered every question we had, and never was there any pressure to buy. He was very upfront about the inevitable taxes and fees, so we knew what the bottom-line would be. Back in the showroom, I pulled out a competitor's ad for a similar model with a slightly better discount, and he had it approved within 5 minutes. Never once saw a sales manager, it was a total hassle-free experience. When signing all the papers, Brian Bolton got us a good loan rate and there was no pressure to buy extended warranty, GAP insurance, etc. Overall, we were very pleased at what was a great first-time buying experience for our daughter.
