Service Department Lacking I took my 2011 Santa Fe SE to Hyundai of Cumming for a simple service procedure after having read so many positive posts on SureCritic. My experience I took my 2011 Santa Fe SE to Hyundai of Cumming for a simple service procedure after having read so many positive posts on SureCritic. My experience was anything but positive. First, I want to state that the Service Manager, Will Bobersky, was very professional and apologetic when made aware of the issue. Aside from Mr. Bobersky, my first experience with the service department was not good. I called in advance and was told they could perform a specific service and was quoted a price. I drove 40 minutes out of my way to have this work done thinking that being a brand new dealership and touting “state of the art facility” that this would be a good choice. I was completely mistaken. Not only did they not perform the correct service on my vehicle, when I asked verbally twice and had put it in writing on my service request form, but when I picked up my vehicle and questioned it, I was told “we don’t perform that service here”. So almost $200 for a service I didn’t need and their only response was they’d give me 4 free oil changes. Forget the time, frustration and cost I’d already had to deal with. And why would I drive 40 minutes each way for something I can do on my own in 30 minutes at home?! That may have been the only option open to offer, but I feel they certainly missed the point. I should have been offered a complete refund. This was the equivalent of requesting an oil change, but only having the filter replaced. I simply cannot recommend this service department. I wish the service advisor had paid more attention to what I’d asked to be done instead of worrying about upselling me on $2300 of Services I didn’t ask for. Side note: My phone number left for a service contact was given to sales. I received a text inviting me for a test drive of a 2019 Santa Fe while having dinner that night. This was a huge turn off and gives the dealership a negative look in my opinion. More

After greeting us on the lot, Chris gave us time to "browse" the inventory at our leisure. When we went back the next day, he was ready and willing to answer all of our questions, put us in the car we wanted and work with us to get the best possible price. Chris is very knowledgeable and did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles. This is the most efficient dealership we have ever dealt with. Welcome to the neighborhood Hyundai! More
