Once done with the test drive, he got our paperwork quickly, met my request in terms of price and enabled us to quickly respond to our bank for the loan. He gave me a detailed run-through of the features of my Hyundai, and I learned some features that were not shared with me by another dealership when we bought my wife's Hyundai Elantra a few months back. The dealership is immaculate, spotless bathrooms, smiles all round and no pressure from pushy salespeople (which I did experience in another dealership). As happy a customer as I could possibly be.
