Good Service but A Lot of Waiting Around To be fair we were 45 min. late for the appointment but we notified the dealer we would be late. The person I had been dealing with on the phone and via email was not our salesperson. She apparently has a title of outside liaison but I was not told our sales person would be someone different. When we got there we waited 10 minutes til the salesperson was assigned to us and then another 10 minutes while he pulled one of the two car we wanted to test drive around. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for him to get the other car that I wanted my wife to test drive first. This part gets a little strange. Even though i specified at 2 pm that I wanted to drive the 2nd car at 5 pm and was told that was OK when they went to pull it around I was told after 20 minutes that the car was on it's way to auction and that a substitute costing 2k more was being provided to test drive. Luckily after the test drive my wife rejected that car and we looked as the 1st choice. Prior to driving it though we waited another 15 mins while the salesman went to fill it up. After that there was minimal 'grind' because i specified that I didn't want any. However, the financing took nearly 2 hr. to complete and both my wife and I have good or excellent credit scores. Pack your patience if you plan to shop here. More

Andre J was extremely nice and understanding. He kept me abreast of the timelines and tech availability. When I went around for a lap, Andre found me the minute I returned. The wait was short and it was ready and cleaned well before the timeline provided. There was a difficult customer that was yelling at Andre, but he did not allow it to tarnish his interactions with the rest of us. Gold Star from Ms. Upstate! More
