Service Work performed after warranty expiration Since purchasing our new Equus, we have moved and have had the car serviced by 4 different Hyundai dealerships ( 3 in the Atlanta area & 1 in Alabama Since purchasing our new Equus, we have moved and have had the car serviced by 4 different Hyundai dealerships ( 3 in the Atlanta area & 1 in Alabama ). Without a doubt, Hyundai of Cumming provided the best service and my service adviser, Dalton Fisher, is the most competent and courteous adviser that I have worked with in owning luxury automobiles for the past 50+ years. I recently had a problem with the airflow of the dual temperature system. They diagnosed the problem as a defective actuator. Their service quote was the lowest of the dealerships in the Atlanta area. After replacing the part the system did not still work properly and they worked with the Hyundai service center to discover that the control unit was also defective. Since our car was outside of warranty, Dalton worked with another department in the Hyundai service network and between them, they agreed to replace the control unit at NO COST to me. I plan to buy the redesigned 2020 Hyundai G-90 when it gets announced later this year. Without question, I will be buying or leasing this car from Hyundai of Cumming due to the outstanding performance of Dalton and the rest of their service department. More

Vern even helped me drop off my rental vehicle after the sale. What was great was that they were able to work with me over the phone and hold the vehicle while I drove 300 miles to pick up the vehicle. More
