Great service i had issues with my A/C. Took my car in and was told I needed a new compressor. All charges were explained to me. Will return to get the service done i had issues with my A/C. The best parts are that they checked for any recalls and looked over my entire car to make sure that needed repairs were pointed out. No pressure on any service. Thank you. Welcomed to the Family I came in with my wife after discussing our car situation - we had a 2013 Elantra GLS that, while it served us well, was beginning to seem small for o I came in with my wife after discussing our car situation - we had a 2013 Elantra GLS that, while it served us well, was beginning to seem small for our needs. But we also knew that our financials wouldn't allow us any kind of luxury car, just something simple and basic. Or so we thought. After using Progressive's Auto Buying program, we were put in contact with Andy who mentioned that he had a great selection that could possibly fit our budget. When we came down, we thought "we're just going to ask questions," and "remember that we can't go past our price point no matter what." When we arrived, we were greeted by Andy, who in turn put us in the hands of Richard Reid. Though, it confused me at first, I instantly appreciated that he did. Richard went out of his way to understand our needs, he asked us several questions that did not try to push a car on us, or force us into a deal that we had no business signing. "What is your honest budget?" "I understand, I'm here to help" "I will do everything I can to make sure that you leave here without any regrets about any decision you make," were all things he reiterated, with absolute sincerity. He felt like a friend from college that I was being reunited with throughout the whole process. Not only was he able to stay within our budget, but the car he had in mind that he thought was "perfect" for us INDEED met that expectation. On top of a very similar monthly payment, the interest rate was much lower, and the car itself had every luxury perk I could think of and then some, without being "too much" car. Space, Safety, Mileage, Handling were all top notch, and it actually turned out to be one of Car and Driver and Edmunds' top recommendations for the year. Everything fell exactly as it had to during the experience, and I truly appreciate it. Thank you, Rich, and thank you Raul Gomila for having a genuine conversation with me as I sat waiting for the car to be finished with its initial service. Between you, and your excellent staff (shout out to Will Bobersky who kept me posted, and Dalton Fisher for pointing out the great (if not unbelievably strong) coffee! I will definitely be telling anyone who needs a car to go to you guys! Like Rich said, "we're family now!" P.S. I only met Hamid in passing, though he was polite. It was really Raul who went out of his way to see ask how I was feeling, and if I had any nerves or reservations with my purchase. I truly appreciate it More
