My experience at Hyundai of Cool Springs with Tim was just the opposite. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting me into the car that fit my needs. He was very prompt and forthcoming. I didn't even need to negotiate a price because the price he came back with was rated as "good" compared to other prices others were paying for the same car locally.
