I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and found 5 vehicles at 5 different dealerships. I inquired at all 5 dealerships. Within 5 minutes of my email, Zach Tilley at Hyundai of Cool Springs called me. vehicles at 5 different dealerships. I inquired at all 5 dealerships. Within 5 minutes of my email, Zach Tilley at Hyundai of Cool Springs called me. We spoke briefly, I told him I had a specific number in mind as my purchase limit. He encouraged me to come drive the car and we would talk numbers later. I was already pre-approved through my bank. I went down 20 minutes later and drove the car. It was exactly what I wanted but out of my price range. We went back to the dealership, negotiated a deal in under 30 minutes and I have my new car! Mike Thompson, the finance manger, was able to beat my banks rate by 2%! Everybody was efficient, friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend doing business with Hyundai of Cool Springs! More

My wife and I bought what we was told was a new vehicle, but a year later we went to get it repaired and found out the whole back end had been repaired. Frank, the owner said he would give us $300.00, and t but a year later we went to get it repaired and found out the whole back end had been repaired. Frank, the owner said he would give us $300.00, and thats all he could do. So anyone purchasing a new vehicle, I would strongly consider going to a trustworthy dealership!! More

This dealership has serviced my car for years thanks to Manny. I met Oscar during a service visit and while waiting for repairs, he worked hard to get me into a 2013 Santa Fe. He was successful, found the color I wanted with all the bells and whistles, with the payment I could afford, and had it delivered within a few days! Plus he is a pleasure to work with and wants to make sure the buyer is satisfied. Financing was a breeze despite my forgetting to supply info. and I couldn't be happier with my purchase :) This is my 4th Santa Fe in 10 years so obviously I recommend it and this dealership. More

Oscar was truely a pleasure to work with!!! He is very dependable, trustworthy, and professional. After trying to locate a new 2013 Santa Fe in our local area (Memphis, TN) for OVER a week, we were unhapp dependable, trustworthy, and professional. After trying to locate a new 2013 Santa Fe in our local area (Memphis, TN) for OVER a week, we were unhappy with the service our local dealership provided. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs and got Oscar on the phone. Within 10 MINUTES Oscar had found and got us one!!!!!! Ten minutes!!! We handled all paperwork over the phone and internet and the car arrived in Franklin in 2 DAYS!! We drove to the dealership from Memphis and were in and out in less than an hour! We were overwhelming impressed with the service and the dealership! Everyone there was very friendly and Mark Salvino in finance made it fun and easy!! I would recommend Oscar and the dealership to all my friends and family! Oscar made it a great experience from start to finish :) Oscar scored a A++++++++ in our book! More
