Great experience. Went to the Honda dealership in Franklin which was a complete mistake. They would not work with me at all and were very obvious in their tactics. I tried Toyota of Cool Springs, but none of the sales ppl even seemed concerned with even looking at a car with me. Then I went to Hyundai of Cool Springs and what a huuuuge difference. Every person (from Tim to Mark) treated me like an intelligent human being as well as come across as genuinely friendly. None of the phony tactics there. Just a straight shooting organization as far as I can tell. I got the deal I was looking for with a great experience to top it. Would definitely shop there again when in the market. More
I began my car exploration looking for used vehicles at Cool Springs Hyunadi on Friday, I was not sure what I really wanted other than a mid-size SUV, I then visited and drove over 25 vehicles at other de Cool Springs Hyunadi on Friday, I was not sure what I really wanted other than a mid-size SUV, I then visited and drove over 25 vehicles at other dealers , throughout Friday and Saturday. This included BMW, Lexus, the considered "high end" cars. I also did extensive research on the ratings, cost, resale, etc. I found myself back at the Hyunadi of Cool Springs, I loved the sales person Mitchi on Friday she was very good with me, and even told me she would see me when I came back, and I laughed when I came through the door and she said, "told you, you would be back." She was amazing I told her what I wanted and what I was most impressed with when I told her that I was torn between the Santa Fe and another vehicle she did not "bad mouth" the other car or dealership, she was so refreshingly honest and that made me want to purchase even more. After driving the 2012 Limited Edition Santa Fe, I was in love. It handled better than the high ends, its features where better, the look is awesome, did I mention the handling, warranty and the out of this world pricing, I can not say enough. I swore I would never by a new car but we ended up by two! While we were there my husband just fell in love with a Veloster, and Mitchi continued to just floor us with her knowledge, her attitude, how fun she made the entire experience. Outside of all of this they are amazing cars with great ratings, outstanding performance, unreal gas mileage, and the warranty knocks everyone out of the park. I LOVE COOL SPRINGS HYUANDI, MITCHI and kudos to Richard, Sales Manager. Dont waste your time going anywhere else! More

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with sales representative Tim Gregory. He was willing to go the extra mile to give us what we needed on our trade in so that we could get the car we desi sales representative Tim Gregory. My experience with the Cool Springs dealership was outstanging, i have never had a sales agent actually work with me the way that Karen did, not only did she LISTEN to what i wanted she went well out outstanging, i have never had a sales agent actually work with me the way that Karen did, not only did she LISTEN to what i wanted she went well out her way to make sure i got the correct vehicle for me and in the right price range. Very professional staff. I requested to put the car on the lift to look for any damage because CarFax reported it had been wrecked but didn't describe damage. Enjoyed the experience! I am coming out of a 2000 Jaguar which I have been VERY hesitant to give up. However your cars were lovely, the sales people very friendly and accommodating.
