I did have some concerns with the service department not completing service orders in a timely manner and not having vehicle parts in stock to complete the service otder when vehicle is brought in for servi completing service orders in a timely manner and not having vehicle parts in stock to complete the service otder when vehicle is brought in for service. My only complaint was how long it took. However, I was getting tires put on and my little boy had a play area. The representative even gave him a hotwheel for the wait. I was going to the Mazda dealership next door, it closed and Hyundai is honoring the maintenance package I purchased from the Mazda dea workmanship. I like to take a lot of my things with me and have space to spare. I had done quite a bit of research on the Santa Fe and I knew that is what I wanted but wasn't ready to push forward quite yet. I literally only went in to get a look at one in person. Thomas was fantastic. I can't tolerate being pushed by salesmen or being manipulated. Thomas was kind, friendly, and honest. He listened to what I was looking for and matched me with a 2011 Santa Fe that I test drove and loved! I cannot say enough about Hyundai Cool Springs. It ended up being the right time, the right place, the right money, and the right car for me. Speaking of money, I try to be responsible and live within my means and the finance guy, Mike made that happen! You can tell everyone at Hyundai Cool Springs really wanted to take care of you and it never seemed insincere at all. Thank you all so much for everything! More
