He answered all of my questions and he even met me earlier then he was supposed to be at the dealership to make sure that he could take me through the car when I picked it up. Van was great as well and made me feel very welcomed. Oscar has been in touch with me a few times since I bought my new car just to make sure that everything was going well. I wouldn't have bought a car here except for the price They are a Costco dealership and had the best price on the car I wanted. Also I came into the dealership after being told they had the car I was looking for only to find that it was their sister dealership 150 miles away and that it would take a couple of days to get it. Everyone at Hyundai of Cool Springs that I met was very friendly. David Anderson was the employee who I worked with through almost the entire process and he was wonderful. I did the application on line and received a call from him in less than five minute. In about 20 to 30 minutes I was already approved for the car. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Because of him he entire process was short and very simple. Even after I purchased the car his kindness and concerns to make sure I was satisfied didn't stop. I didn't feel like I just purchased a car but I seriously feel like I gained a friend as well. More
