They Take Great Care of You! My wife had gone in shopping for a new SUV. She went with a different brand, but kept telling me to call Oscar as I was also looking for a new car. I wanted to test drive a Genesis sedan, and went in to talk to Oscar so he could show me the car. I was originally looking at a used one, but Oscar was able to give me a great deal on a new (but outgoing model) Genesis, so I jumped on it! Oscar was patient, answered all of my questions, and worked hard to make sure I got all of my needs met and that I was happy with the purchase. The owner of the dealership was also nice enough to come up and introduce himself, which I have never had happen. A few days after buying the car, I found that the windshield wipers were streaking, so I called Oscar to see if I could have them swap them out with new ones. No problem! I pulled up, Oscar spoke with the Service Dept., and 5 minutes later I had new wipers installed at no charge. This dealership has been great to work with! More

He knows his stuff, and explains the key features and services clearly and patiently. Greg went through several different finance options to get the deal where I needed it.
