It was heartwarming that the service man was honest with me, instead of saying "sure you need one, since you have surely hit one or more of Nashville's potholes" during the last few weeks. Instead, he indicated that everything was fine--an honest service department and that is a primary reason why I like the Hyundai of Cool Springs Service Department, to service my car. No one tried to push any extra charges on me, they just showed me my options and I picked the one that suited me best.
