The Ford had problems as soon as it was driven off the lot - brought it to the service dept tw Bought 3 cars, 2 Hyundais and 1 Ford from this dealer. The Ford had problems as soon as it was driven off the lot - brought it to the service dept twice and was told it was "bad gas and would work itself out". Finally took it to my Firestone dealer who said it was the transmission. After several attempts to get service, they transferred the car to a Ford dealer - faulty clutch on the transmission - a safety issue. Ford ordered the part and now the car has to be in service for 4 days. After making at least 10 phone calls to both dealers for a loaner vehicle (which we were promised), no one will take responsibility for the problem. I spoke with ERIC in SERVICE at HYUNDAI many, many times, and he absolutely refuses to help. So now my car, which was faulty at purchase, although they refused to acknowledge that fact, has to be in the shop for another 4 days and no one will provide a loaner or rental vehicle so that I can get back and forth to work. DO NOT EXPECT HELP FROM THE HYUNDAI SERVICE DEPARTMENT More
