Each time, we were greeted and helped by various staff members who each went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Cool Springs Hyundai (where we had an existing relationship) was able to have the car I had spotted the exact car I wanted at a dealer out of my area. Cool Springs Hyundai (where we had an existing relationship) was able to have the car transferred, gave me as good a value as possible on my trade. I had a couple of "out-of-the-box" requests that they gladly handled as well. The Genesis Coupe remains the best value in the GT coupe class. More

Our salesman, Corey Carpenter, knew his product very well, and patiently worked with us, explaining the many options and how they would work for us. The general manager, Frank, and finance manager, Mark, were also very helpful in making sure we got the car we wanted at the right price. Having previously owned Hyundais, we can also give high ratings to the people in the service department; and we're sure we will also receive excellent service on our new vehicle. Overall we rate Hyundai of Cool Springs with the highest of recommendations. More
