We Bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and are Very Pleased! My wife then revealed to me she had seen a 2013 Elantra on the website for Hyundai of Cool Springs. We mentioned this to our sales professional, Corey Carpenter, who was happy to show us the other vehicle. He assured our family he was there to help us choose the vehicle that was truly right for us. We never once sensed any bit of pressure from him, which gave us confidence throughout the experience. You can imagine how this story ends. Before we even made it to the stop sign as we began our test drive of the Elantra, we all knew as a family that this was our car. When I asked our son how he liked the car, he instantly responded, “I love this car!” We Bought a 2013 Hyundai Elantra from Hyundai of Cool Springsduring Memorial Day Weekend. Based on the fact our month-old daughter remained asleep during the ride and didn’t make a peep, I assume she approved as well. , I think it’s just that perhaps the Elantra somehow caters more to my wife and me as Millennial parents (both born in 1981). We liked the smaller, faster-feeling, more concise feel of the Elantra. My wife keeps saying how nice, classy and clean the Elantra is. She loves the seat warmers, the mocha interior, the rubber floor mats, and the tinted windows. As for me, I especially love the wheels and the way the car handles. Financially, we already had the money in the bank. We were just waiting on the right deal on the right vehicle. We found it and are very pleased. More

We were originally going to buy a car from the Mazda dealership in Cool Springs, but as were on way to the Mazda dealership they sold the car to someone else. It all worked out for the best because the next lot we came upon was Hyundai Of Cool Springs and met Oscar. Oscar is a no pressure fun salesman. I would highly recommend seeing him if you would like to buy your next car. Also Mark in finance was great as well. It was the easiest and quickest car buying experience I've dealt with. More

Bait and switch. Old school tricks I chose to price cars via the Internet. I used true car pricing. I was contacted by Corey with a price on the Genesis I was requesting. Then upon arri I chose to price cars via the Internet. I used true car pricing. I was contacted by Corey with a price on the Genesis I was requesting. Then upon arrival I am told they don't have that vehicle but can locate it. They told me there were none with awd in my selected colors clos e enough to retrieve. I told them another dealer was looking to locate the one in missouie or NC. They then worked up a price on the car and only offered a $1000 discount off msrp when the quote to get me in was over $4000 discount. We discussed and I left after over an hour of wasted time talking to Oscar the self proclaimed top seller and Jason his manager. I had 5 other dealers to talk to. Then after returning to the dealer closest to me I was treated wonderful by Halmark. Nearly $4700 better initial price than cool springs attempted to bait and switch me into. To my surprise Oscar and Jason took turns calling or texting me to take each additional counter offer. After refusing all offers I was asked by Oscar what other colors I might want as they had secured both the tech package and a ultimate package vehicle in my color. If I want that color I must come to them. I then called Jason back he claimed to have beat my price if I hadn't signed papers. After 10 more minutes I discover he was still presenting a lessor offer only by claiming the rebate into his discount number. Attempting a shell game. I asked if he would release the claim on the vehicle he locked up on transfer in the color I wanted and he Jason said no I will sell it. I asked why would you jump the other dealer to attempt to force me to buy from them. Please release your claim on the car. His response was no I sent a husband and wife team to retrieve that car if you want that color you will have to buy it here. I responded that in that case it would be in my review. Jason hung up on me. Not the experience anyone should have. More
