We were in a bind on a Sunday evening, by discovering my daughter's car had no working brake lights. We tried to replace the bulbs and fuse ourselves that night, but they still would not work. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs on Monday morning and brought the car in with no appointment. The service dept was very busy and had a full load that day. I explained my daughter was having to drive back to college that day, and we would need the car back whether it was fixed or not, but would appreciate anything they could do to see what the problem was quickly. Three hours later, they called and had found the brake switch was bad, replaced the switch and bulbs and got her on the road at lunchtime. She made it back to her college before dark, in a working, safe vehicle, which alleviated a lot of stress on her parents! Can't thank Mike Pierce and Eric Warner enough for helping us out in a precarious situation, so quickly. More

Hyundai was straight forward and the our trade amount was not dependent upon how much we spent. Hyundai has some many standard safety options on their vehicles, whereas other manufacturers require the consumer to buy the highest model for amenities and features.
