Same great service as always! Superb follow up from Hyundai his visit was for a follow up to an issue that Hyundai has been working with me and the dealer to solve since fall 2016 to correct a problem with the his visit was for a follow up to an issue that Hyundai has been working with me and the dealer to solve since fall 2016 to correct a problem with the BlueLink app and our 2016 Equus. Hyundai's representatives have been in touch with me regularly over the last few months (can't say I've ever had that level of service from another manufacturer), and they let me know they had come up with a fix and were contacting Hyundai of Cool Springs to let me know when the parts arrived so we could set an appointment. A few days later, the service mamager Tim called me, the appointment was set, the car was brought in on a Tuesday, I was provided a loaner, and on Wednesday I picked the car up and the issue was fixed! Great follow up from Hyundai and the usual great service from Hyundai of Cool Springs! This is why we've purchased 3 Hyundai vehicles in the last 4 years from Hyundai of Cool springs. These folks are THE BEST we've ever dealt with, hands down, from sales and service and every other aspect! ! More
