If you like doing fact based negotiations over the internet this is the place to go. We negotiated the sale price of the new car and the trade value of my old car over the course of a week, exchanging appropriate information. The deal we reached was definitely to my satisfaction and made it worthwhile to drive from out-of-state to TN to get the car. There were no last minute negotiations when I arrived and all was as agreed. Everyone we saw at the dealership was very friendly and courteous. We love our new Azera!. More

After a friendly conversation, he offered to let me know the trade in value of my car plus went over the incentives on the 2016 closeouts. The end result was I ended up trading in my 2012 Sonata Hyrbid for the 2016 Azera and then purchased the 2016 Tucson for my wife. Oscar was great to work with and patient working through the process. No high pressure sales tactics, which would have turned me off. More
