Once the car belongs to you all bets are off and the quality of customer service is the pits!! They schedule a service with you but when you arrive no one knows a thing about it. They never have a courtesy car available. Be prepared to sit and wait even if you have an appointment. The courtesy cars are extremely dirty. I have yet to schedule a appointment that went smoothly. Do not buy your car here! My car is only three weeks old and I have already had issues with this store. More
