Very rude service dept from going in to picking up, Joanna was the writer other guy each time sitting there staring out window… while she’s overwhelmed doing it all ? So much for FREE SERVICE not worth aggravation, and being told by guy sitting doing nothing, I should find another dealership, I did walk in and ask for manager and told him you want me to trade my truck and this is how I’m treated at your service dept ? They just looked at me, asked about oil change on my other car she was to busy to look up cost gave me a round about figure and didn’t try to get me in they don’t want business I guess, meanwhile wonder why no ones in there buying cars ???? They’re begging you to trade your low miles in for a rediculas low offer too… nice try haha nice product lousy, capital L dealership ….DOUBTFULL I WILL EVER BUY ANOTHER VEHICLE THERE, AND I TRADE EVER 2-3 years Bad customer service, be warned ☠️ More
Explanation for my rating: 2 stars deducted for being inefficient and incompetency. 1 star for keeping my appointment time for me I picked out online 2nd star for doing some of the work asked for 3rd inefficient and incompetency. 1 star for keeping my appointment time for me I picked out online 2nd star for doing some of the work asked for 3rd star for customer service, they are at least friendly They are way too expensive for what you get. They also are not efficient, you need to double check their work. And they will charge you for work they did not preform. They charged me $8 to lay an unused air filter in my back seat, still in the box. I purchased the premium 60,000 miles service, but I honestly feel like I got scammed. I will NEVER go to Cookeville of Hyundai again. I can go just about anywhere for average service and get a better price. More
Update. ......Received a call from Josh the Service Dept. Manager and he is doing everything he can to make this right for me due to the incident at the Servi ......Received a call from Josh the Service Dept. Manager and he is doing everything he can to make this right for me due to the incident at the Service Dept. yesterday. He of course apologized profusely and said he will use this situation for further training so it does not happen again. Once they get the part in he will text me and he will put the part in his desk until I can get back to Cookeville. He said he would also offer me a full tank of gas for my inconvenience. He appears to be truly sorry for the issue and I am good with the outcome. More

I am very disappointed with the service dept. employee Savannah.....She was rude, condescending.....Had our SUV in for tire pressure warning lights being on....drove back and lights came back on...took ba Savannah.....She was rude, condescending.....Had our SUV in for tire pressure warning lights being on....drove back and lights came back on...took back for service and all I had to listen to is excuses why it was not fixed the first time. We have bought 3 cars in last two years and 2 in one night and do not deserve to be treated rude . Guess they are upset as I am in market for new Santa Cruz and cant get a return call from our salesman. Oh well... More
The service department was honest and open. There was no pressure to purchase parts or services that I did not need. The woman working there answered my questions and my fiancee's questions and quoted price pressure to purchase parts or services that I did not need. Bought my Elantra there many years ago, and will buy there again when the time arises. More
we got our2020 santa fe back in march of last year just got to 7000 miles back in Jan of this year got my first free oil change and tire rotation they were very friendly did the job in very good time and got to 7000 miles back in Jan of this year got my first free oil change and tire rotation they were very friendly did the job in very good time and it was easy to get the appoint time i wanted.
