From the inital interaction with the sales staff, financing department, detail. It was a great experience. Never has buying a car been more painless and fun! And I'd also like to add that Cookeville Hyundai was the First dearlership I've ever visited where there wasnt hoards of staff huddled somewhere smoking cigarettes. My family appreciate that alot. The lot was very clean, the cars were very clean and in great order. It made finding my new car a breeze and a pleasure. Had a bad experience at another Dealership.Salesman Neil was very patient and informed. He was well versed on the Hyundai vehicles.
