Greeat delaership, friendly and helpful I visited the dealer 3 times to look at and test drive vehicles. The sales personnel and sales manager were helpful and courteous. Worst experience purchasing a vehicle This was the most painful experience that I have ever went through. I was spoken too very disrespectfully by Steven Bilrey. I was told of one thing This was the most painful experience that I have ever went through. I was spoken too very disrespectfully by Steven Bilrey. I was told of one thing and miss lead as to who was paying off my trade in. Mr Bilrey and Shawn both told me they would pay off my vehicle and that would be close the the trade in offer voucher I had with me. The trade in voucher I found out is only a gimmick to get me in there and did not even come from the cookeville dealership. I have ask for the owner to contact me many times and he has not. I spoke to Jennifer Boles and she said if I came back I would be treated with kindness and I went back she said she would check on my. Mr maccanahey settled the deal with me and I noted his kindness and respect. Jennifer did it come back to check on my nor did she have the pay off amount for me as she stated she would on the phone prior to my having to take off work and come back. I lost 2 half days of work. I was yelled at and hung up on by Mr Bilbrey, and I was left to fin for myself at the dealership when I came back. This was not an fair deal and I hope that my new vehicle is going to be a good car. I would still like to talk with the owner about the way the deal was written to confuse customers, even Jennifer said it was confusing and she didn't understand it. I wonder when u come back for an oil change will I get the cold should, I certainly hope not. More
