My Tuscon went into limp mode today as we were traveling home. I called the dealership knowing that the service department was closed but hoping we could drop the car off and pick up a loaner. I was put int home. I called the dealership knowing that the service department was closed but hoping we could drop the car off and pick up a loaner. I was put into contact with the General Sales Manager Patrick and when I explained what was going on, he jumped into action. He found a loaner for us, completed the rental agreement, and helped us pull the car into the service bay as he handed me the keys to our loaner. He didn't have to do this today, but he did. He showed customer centric ideology and has earned a customer who wants to buy her next vehicle at the dealer. This was an amazing experience and we are so blessed and grateful! More
