I love the customer service at this dealership service center. They keep customers informed, clean and amazing waiting area, and they make sure they listen and resolve issues. I highly recommend! The customer service here is outstanding. I was driving through the country when my tire decided to not hold air. They took me without an appt, squeezed me in, repaired my tire all for free w I was driving through the country when my tire decided to not hold air. In the hour that I sat in the waiting room, the service manager and another ind. came out, introduced themselves and asked if any of us needed anything or if we had any questions. The whole dealership was super friendly, even talked with a sales guy when walking around the lot, it was very clean, had drinks (hot and cold), snacks, internet, tv, a couple different spaces to either relax or work with plenty of outlets. I have ZERO complaints. It's the wow factor. My hometown hyundai is fine but Columbia, there is just that bit more that made my experience delightful. I didn't feel like I was being sold, everything felt genuinely helpful and informative. Went through survey and came back to add this...despite them all introducing themselves, the other three gentlemen that made appearances during my visit, I could not remember their names.☹️ I should have asked but perhaps make sure AFTER sharing and chatting, END with your name! Then I could have had a better chance at remembering all your names to add to this review for your excellent service! More

Communication was excellent, and my issue was finally resolved! I wish I had taken my car here the first time it malfunctioned rather than taking it to the Hyundai dealership nearest me.
