I called them to schedule a windshield replacement on a car I bought there. They told me that the windshield would be ordered, and that I would receive a call back when it was ready shortly. After a week, I called the dealership again, and I was told that the windshield had not even been ordered yet. I was very frustrated, as I had been without a car for a week, and waiting to leave for holiday On my other car, during a service, they ruined my inside window tinted film by putting stickers on it and then removing them with a scraper. They did pay for the film to be replaced, but I was still very disappointed. The film was ruined, and it took me a week to get it replaced. And for the best part, I signed and paid for a black Palisade, but when I went to pick it up, they tried to give me a blue one. They said they had made a mistake and that the black one was not the same VIN number. They tried to avoid doing all the paperwork again by giving me the blue one, but I refused. I had already signed and paid for a black car, and I was not going to settle for a blue one, then 5 minutes after arguing, the black one appears.... This dealership used to be great at taking care of their customers. They were always proactive and went above and beyond to make sure their customers were happy. However, in recent years, it seems like they have grown too big and have lost sight of what made them great in the first place. They are now less proactive and seem to care less about their customers. More
