Not a good visit I felt as if I was being taken advantage of since I was from out of state and needed repairs The tech first words on his video inspection was the cars from out of state Why shoul advantage of since I was from out of state and needed repairs The tech first words on his video inspection was the cars from out of state Why should that be an issue I checked Hyundai prices on the website The uncharged all parts by 40% They wouldn’t contact Hyundai on my behalf To possibly warranty the parts . Said it’s too late it was written up already. I went to Hyundai to have the work done right. I needed to return to have the work redone. Overpriced 2k worth of work and I have to return! Needless to say I’m in contact with Hyundai as of this writing More

I went for warranty oil change and tire rotation for new my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid. They dented my car hood at 2 locations. They stained interior of my car. They scattered dirt on my car. They did not place c my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid. They dented my car hood at 2 locations. They stained interior of my car. They scattered dirt on my car. They did not place cover on seat or feet. No sticker for next oil change. Car wash did not wash anything and was done poorly. Very unprofessional, low quality, unreliable and unsupervised. More
