UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE MANAGER The manager that I had to deal with at Hyundai of Chantilly was rude. The service that I received was just unacceptable. I think his name was Vuong B The manager that I had to deal with at Hyundai of Chantilly was rude. The service that I received was just unacceptable. I think his name was Vuong Bui. So, I bought a NEW car, but when I got home, there was a hole in the seat and water marks were visible outside and couldn't get rid of them. So, when I went back, the salesperson accepted that he made a mistake, but the manager tried to convince that they were easy fixes when it wasn't. The manager never apologized or came to see me or even to talk about what might have happened. Basically, I ended up returning the car and went to another dealership with BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Just try to avoid this dealership and the manager. I understand that people make mistakes, but the fact that the manager didn't accept the mistake that the dealership made and giving a horrible customer service, I won't be coming back to this dealership anytime soon. More

In the days leading up to the sale Codie promptly answered my phone calls and emails. Before purchasing, I test drove different brand hybrids and came back to the 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited at Hyundai Chantilly. It is such a smooth ride and very quiet. I appreciate the blind spot alert, the lane departure alert and the backup camera. I think it is cool that I can start the car with my iPhone using the Blue Link app. I can also unlock the car with the app and the trunk opens when I stand near it. I am still exploring the apps on the car display such as Pandora. The leather seats that can be cooled or heated are very comfortable. I am now commuting in style and averaging 41 plus mpg. More
