Amazing I came in looking for a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport 2.0T limited and they had many in stock including the color and model I was looking for. Took the car for a test drive and immediately I knew this was the one but I didn't like the price tag that came with. I worked with Randy Palmer and Lavi Kim and these guys were amazing. Randy explained everything to me in detail and was really down to earth and everything felt genuine unlike other car dealers who are only after your money. I also went to Hyundai of Fairfax and these guys were the worst when it came to negotiating or even customer service, they had a attitude as if they were doing me a favor buying one of their cars when in reality it was the other way around. After negotiating a price that met my needs Hyundai of Chantilly was my choice and a perfect choice at that. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone in the market for a Hyundai. Mr. Steve Kim was very professional, and showed me I pretty much new what car I wanted when I contacted the dealership, a 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited. Mr. Steve Kim was very professional, and showed me the car I was interested in. Mr. Kim took me on a test drive, then he showed me the many features of the car in detail. We went to his desk to discuss price, and trade in value of current car. We negotiated on a price, and although it was not as low as I hoped, it was a pretty good deal. I am happy with my new car! I was a first time buyer and I absolutely love my new Elantra Limited. After speaking with my great salesman, Randy Palmer, on the phone, he had my selected car ready to go with a full tank of gas and a clean, waxed finish. Tino Sharma was organized in the finance department, and I was very impressed with the small amount of time it took to fill out the paperwork and leave with the vehicle. I have already recommended Hyundai of Chantilly to my friends and I am completely satisfied with my purchase. More

Its so funny when we first met the salesperson ERIC CHO it looked like a new dealership so we asked and he said it had been there since the beginning of 2015. ERIC CHO stated we are build a reputable customer base....... Chantilly Hyundai - don't anyone respond to this because you are all unethical and liars! I walked in the dealership yesterday to buy a grey Veloster you had listed. We negotiated a 12K price over the phone with Mr. CHO (plus any fees), came into the dealership, took car for a test ride. The carfax showed 1 owner and no accidents. I was looking in the glove box at the manual and saw some previous owner receipts in there - one was for an accident to the front end and the cast was 2000$!! I confronted the salesperson with this data and he "Really? Where is the receipt" so I told him. I told Ericwhat I found and that in spite of the accident we will take the car out the door for 12K (includes processing fees etc.). He went to the sales manager then came back and said "Oh that's why we have the price so low". RIGHT MAC, you didn't even know of the accident. Then he comes back to tell me that's only an estimate and nothing was paid for.......I said BULL - look at the receipt, says paid CASH on it!!! Despite the unreported/unknown accident, he wouldn't come off the price so we walked away from this unethical any lying dealership. BEWARE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
