Poor Customer Service I have been in the Armed Forces for over 17 yrs and has bought plenty of vehicles over the years but this was one of the worst experiences buying a ca I have been in the Armed Forces for over 17 yrs and has bought plenty of vehicles over the years but this was one of the worst experiences buying a car ever. There was a lack of respect for customers and the customer service was nonexistant. My first visit was unproductive and unsatisfactory. The sales guy I had was inexperienced, had lack of motivation and couldn't tell me nothing about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. My second visit is when Sam Bitar saved the day. He is a true professional and knowledgeable salesman. He was very attentive to my needs as a customer and turned my car buying experience into a pleasant one. He explained every feature inside and out. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from that location. I was so disgusted from my first visit that I wasn't going to recommend anyone to Chantilly Hyundai but now I will only recommend that they see Sam. More

Buying my Hyundai When my son and I entered the Chantilly Hyundai dealership parking lot we were impressed by the number of cars available. When we entered the showroom we had time to look at the displays. Paul came over and introduced himself. As soon as he knew that I was buying the car he focused on me rather than my son. I liked this because it showed respect to me, as a woman who knew what I wanted. My son was respected as my support person. I came there knowing what I wanted and which packages I wanted included. They focused on safety and comfort. Paul took note and found a car that I could test drive. At my suggestion my son drove first then I drove. We were very pleased as Paul carefully explained all the features. The car met my expectations and I liked the way it handled. I had wanted a red car but the one we drove was Lakeside Blue. Paul was willing to find a red car with the packages I wanted and so he was surprised when I said I liked the blue car. Our questions were all answered. I applied the money received from my trade-in to the cost of the car and I bought the car. It was washed and it had a full tank of gas. Paul invited me to return to the dealership so he could better explain all the functions of the car. We purchased a maintenance package and he explained how that works but I told him that my son could set functions and explain them to me.
