There was a lack of respect for customers and the customer service was nonexistant. My first visit was unproductive and unsatisfactory. The sales guy I had was inexperienced, had lack of motivation and couldn't tell me nothing about the vehicle I was looking to purchase. My second visit is when Sam Bitar saved the day. He is a true professional and knowledgeable salesman. He was very attentive to my needs as a customer and turned my car buying experience into a pleasant one. He explained every feature inside and out. If it wasn't for him I probably wouldn't have purchased a vehicle from that location. I was so disgusted from my first visit that I wasn't going to recommend anyone to Chantilly Hyundai but now I will only recommend that they see Sam. More
