Sam was our second salesmen that we worked with. The first one passed away, so he dealt with us on our second and final visit. My husband and I felt he was our second salesmen that we worked with. My husband and I felt he did an excellent job showing us the car and teaching us about the many features of the Sonata on the test drive. We liked the way we were able to test the cars ability to respond and the opportunity to back the car into a parking space. He was very thorough. We were able to get what we felt was a fair price for the car. Our only concern with purchasing the car was when we worked with the finance person. I don't recall his name but my husband and I both felt he was a bit pushy about the extended warranty. We thought free oil changes were part of the deal but then we were informed it was part of the package deal only if we had the car always serviced there. We have used a car mechanic we trust for years (over 20) and are not interested in having the dealership service our car. Over all we are very pleased with our vehicle. More

2016 Sonata Amir and the staff were wonderful to work with. We utilized a credit union buyer service. The staff was knowledgeable and very professional. First, this was in no way my salesman's fault. We arrived early for our appointment and Mr. Dutton had let me know earlier in the day that he would most likely still be caught up in a meeting with another couple if we got there before our appointment time. Since Mr. Dutton was out on test drives with that couple, my husband and I sat in the showroom area and patiently waited. No big deal at all, and again, no fault in any way of our salesman. But it was just surprising that none of the other salesmen or staff thought to approach us to greet us, much less to see if they could help us in any way. Five stars for David Dutton -- he was great! Zero stars to your other people at this dealership. More
