Matthew Smith did an incredible job answering to all my questions and helping me thru the whole process. Great job Matt! Thank you! Also I believe that the maintenance plan and all the other additional plans you have, should be presented to the customers upfront by the sales person and not the financial manager, so the customer can think about properly. I'm saying this because I felt I had to take a decision in a short period of time. I felt cornered in taking the decision quickly, just because the financial manager was in a hurry to go home. I really do understand that it was late at night, and his work hours were completed, but I really do believe that if these plans will be disclosed upfront, the customer will have enough time to think about and the process will be much easier and faster for everyone. More
