Said it’s too late it was written up already. I went to Hyundai to have the work done right. I needed to return to have the work redone. Overpriced 2k worth of work and I have to return! I went for warranty oil change and tire rotation for new my 2023 Santa Fe Hybrid. They dented my car hood at 2 locations. They stained interior of my car. They scattered dirt on my car. Do not use this dealership for service! Then, after making payment (without even being briefed by a service advisor because they refuse to speak with their clients), they would not release my vehicle to a transport company that was there to pick it up and take to the west coast where I now live. Folks, this dealership is located in one of the wealthiest and sought-after areas in the country, yet their business is set up to ignore, frustrate, and provide zero customer service all while they overcharge their clients as many dealerships tend to do. I’ll take a bit of overcharging for good communicative customer service by an authorized dealer relative to my car, but this experience was horrendous. I feel disregarded, taken advantage of, pushed off, and disrespected. They don’t even deserve one star but that is the lowest I could provide. More
