He made my wife and I feel very welcome as we first entered the store. Jae asked us questions that led us to the right car for our family. Jae was very knowledgeable concerning the features, warranty, and financing. When we counter offered with Jae, he did not change his tone of voice or demeanor, he remained cool, calm, and collected and discussed our request with his finance manager. Jae stayed with me after the sale and made sure that I knew what all of the features and functions of my new car were and how they worked. I was very happy with the process. My wife and I were very impressed with Hyundai and plan to tell our friends and family about our very pleasant experience. More

I have excellent credit and cash flow, and this is the 6th Hyundai I've purchased. Yet the salesman was inflexible in negotiating and just wanted to sell the car for all he could get. I later realized they even charged me (way too much) for the floor mats and first aid kit! They usually throw that stuff in. More

It was agreed the swirls would be corrected. I inspected the car on delivery day and found the car to be acceptable. Having owned the car for ~10 days I see that some of the swirls remain. I have knowledge and experience with correcting paint defects and may simply correct the remaining swirls myself. More
Wonderful buying experience! Sam Bitar was a wonderful salesman. He approached me immediately when I walked in the doors to the dealership. I had done my research ahead of time Sam Bitar was a wonderful salesman. He approached me immediately when I walked in the doors to the dealership. I had done my research ahead of time so I knew I was interested in the Tuscon. He actually had another client who had called ahead come in but directed her to another salesman so he could focus on assisting me, even though I was a walk in. He showed me two versions - the Limited and the Sport. He demonstrated all the features of the car; walked me through all the different items inside and outside the car, including the power lift gate, which I was really impressed with. I ultimately was most interested in the Sport (he did not pressure me to consider the Limited instead) so that is the one I test drove. During my test drive he had me drive through mud and snow and over curves to get a feel for the capabilities of the vehicle; travel on curvy roads around the dealership to test out its handling; demonstrated the backup camera capabilities; and demonstrated the blind spot sensors on the way back to the dealership. I feel in love with the car and after discussing pricing with Sam and his manager Ash Rezk I ultimately decided to move forward with my purchase that evening. I was at the dealership through dinner and Sam kindly ordered a pizza for me. They also accepted my trade; assisted me with putting my plates and my Easy Pass on the new car; and helped me transfer my belongings including my son's car seat to the new car. The car was delivered to me sparkling clean with a full tank of gas. I was going to consider some other cars but felt the Hyundai would fully meet my needs. I am totally satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car at a good price. More
