He made sure I was looking at the right car for my needs, and even invited me to bring a competing brand's car over to his dealership to compare the cars side by side. Ash also provided great information and support, without being pushy or pressuring me into a decision until I was ready. He made my wife and I feel very welcome as we first entered the store. Jae asked us questions that led us to the right car for our family. Jae was very knowledgeable concerning the features, warranty, and financing. When we counter offered with Jae, he did not change his tone of voice or demeanor, he remained cool, calm, and collected and discussed our request with his finance manager. Jae stayed with me after the sale and made sure that I knew what all of the features and functions of my new car were and how they worked. I was very happy with the process. My wife and I were very impressed with Hyundai and plan to tell our friends and family about our very pleasant experience. More

I have excellent credit and cash flow, and this is the 6th Hyundai I've purchased. Yet the salesman was inflexible in negotiating and just wanted to sell the car for all he could get. I later realized they even charged me (way too much) for the floor mats and first aid kit! They usually throw that stuff in. More
