When I met my sales rep, Matthew Smith, I was immediately impressed with the genuine "jolly-ness" in which he greeted me, I did not at any time feel the stereotypical sales pitch pressure that I experienced at the 3 dealerships I visited the day before. During our entire meeting, he was very personable, polite, honest and concise. What I appreciated the most was his patience. I had many questions and, given today's advancements in technology, over my poor old minivan, Matt was very clear and explained things to me in a way that even I could understand (I am very technologically challenged!). I would absolutely recommend Matthew Smith, specifically, to anyone who is car shopping. The other person I had the pleasure of meeting was our finance manager, Luis Camacho. He was very pleasant and presented each document with a concise explanation of what it was we were signing. LOVE LOVE my first Hyundai ever!!! First Hyundai after driving Mazda for over 13 years. I was blown away by what Matthew Hammond showed me that by the end of my visit I was driving an a First Hyundai after driving Mazda for over 13 years. He made the whole experience of buying my car pleasurable and entertaining. The manager was also very helpful and pleasant in ensuring I got exactly what I wanted. Overall my experience of purchasing my vehicle was very pleasurable, enjoyable and entertaining; not words you would generally associate when going to purchase a car.
