When I met my sales rep, Matthew Smith, I was immediately impressed with the genuine "jolly-ness" in which he greeted me, I did not at any time feel the stereotypical sales pitch pressure that I experienced at the 3 dealerships I visited the day before. During our entire meeting, he was very personable, polite, honest and concise. What I appreciated the most was his patience. I had many questions and, given today's advancements in technology, over my poor old minivan, Matt was very clear and explained things to me in a way that even I could understand (I am very technologically challenged!). I would absolutely recommend Matthew Smith, specifically, to anyone who is car shopping. The other person I had the pleasure of meeting was our finance manager, Luis Camacho. He was very pleasant and presented each document with a concise explanation of what it was we were signing.
