Brought the car in for the recall and oil change. Asked about the headlight which contain water and if the extended warranty will cover it. He refuse to check on the warrant and saying it’s expired when I about the headlight which contain water and if the extended warranty will cover it. Upon pick up and payment I double check it and warranty still valid. He come back and said I have to call the extended warranty myself to check if it’s covered and all appointment is fully booked for next 2 weeks. Very frustrated with the service. More
