Not only did he not try to sell me things I did not need ...He saved me lots of money on unnecessary add ons George even spent an hour after the car dealership was closed to make sure everything was perfect with my car. He handled unforeseen complications with poise when we sat down in the first car and demonstrated both integrity and enthusiasm in his work, not to mention an incredible amount of experience in the car sales industry. He made sure to let me know that there was a car he considered a better deal (2/3rds the mileage for 1000 dollars less and an incredible interior in a smooth riding 5 speed sonata) than the corolla I was interested in (although my loyalty won out in the end.) When I started the purchasing process the staff made it quick and easy and I was out in under an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'd be happy to come back with more money someday. More

Friendly and Up Front I had done my research and Dan Holahan showed me exactly what I asked for and had the car ready to go for me when I got there after calling ahead. Dan was knowledgeable and didn't give BS answers when he didn't know the answer. After a pleasant test drive I asked, "will you honor your own advertised price?" Dan laughed and said, "Yes!". He understood what I'd already been through at other dealerships without me having to say anything. If you have shopped dealerships in Central Florida, you know the answer is never yes, in fact, the last dealer I came from advertised $6000 below MSRP and the actual price after incentives and dealer added crap was $1000 ABOVE MSRP. At Hyundai of Central Florida they honored the advertised price with no caveats. I even qualified for additional incentives that they hadn't listed and my actual price before taxes was $5000 below MSRP. This was a great experience. I'm convinced that they would have given me a good deal even without all my research. This is the only dealership out of about a dozen I went to that I can actually recommend, and I'd recommend it highly. Beautiful place, friendly knowledgeable people, and good prices and policies.
