My issue and reason for not giving 5 stars is the inaccuracy of the website and the finance deals on offer. This should not be an issue in 2024!! After finding a vehicle and exploring the finance options and obtaining a quote to drive 45 minutes to be told the vehicle I had looked at was not available on low rate finance as although it had not been registered as it had 4300 miles on it meant it is excluded - then sort your programming out as it’s easy enough to exclude vehicles if they have mileage on them. Aside from this the transparent pricing on the website and not full of gimmicks, discounts (that we experienced the day before at another franchise) that are not applicable or click here to unlock best price was very good. In arriving at the dealership we were met by Jill Burks who was the best salesperson we have dealt with so far. She was extremely helpful and offer suggestions to get us to the deal we wanted and we purchased the vehicle on the day. Overall a good experience and a decent dealership but sort out your website and the score and feedback would have been even more positive. More
