This was my second time here and decided to choose them because two other ones did not live up to the Hyundai Promise. My salesperson Saul was not pushy or overbearing, he listened to all my concerns and always answered them politely and professionally. We took a good amount of time taking a test drive and he explained all the nuances and features of the totally redesigned vehicle. The process was extremely easy and everyone from the finance manager to the manager and general manager treated me with respect and dignity. The dealership was clean, friendly and well stocked with vehicles for all consumers. The deal was transparent with no hidden fees and this made the paperwork a breeze. Too many dealerships think it is always about them, here that is not true they value the customer and truly believe without them they would not exist. I highly recommend Saul, not just for his diligent work ethic in creating then finalizing my deal but believing its not about numbers its always about the name. Pleased with my overall experience. I went to Hyundai Central Florida with my 20 year old son on a Saturday just to look at cars. We walked in and were greeted by a young man named Saul I went to Hyundai Central Florida with my 20 year old son on a Saturday just to look at cars. We walked in and were greeted by a young man named Saul Argueta. He listened to us, showed us cars and let my son test drive a few that were on my son’s wish list. My son is very knowledgeable about cars and knew exactly what he wanted, thank God. So, I guess that was a plus. Saul was very polite, courteous and knowledgeable about everything and whatever he didn’t know he found out right away. We didn’t feel pressured to buy and felt like we got a fair deal. To make the story short, every one was accommodating, pleasant and friendly. The process was fast considering how long my car buying experiences have been. I wanted to stay with the same bank in which I have multiple accounts and felt very satisfied. I am pleased with my sales agent, Saul Argueta, Hyundai and everyone there. After a few days, Saul reached out to me and answered some questions that we had. I never write reviews, but I felt responsible to let people know about the hassle free environment at HCF; but most of all I’m happy to share how happy my son is driving his 2019 Hyundai Veloster. While other typical dealers ask how they can earn your business after playing traditional and exhausting games, you don't get that here. We have been searching for a vehicle for months and were frustrated beyond belief with traditional car salesmen and shady dealership practices and not to mention wasted time and unanswered questions. I came across Hyundai of Central Florida by extending my search area. Angel Marquez was the first and the only person I had contact with. Angel was very polite and answered every question quickly. I live about 300 miles south of the dealership. Angel offered to drive the car to our doorstep FREE OF CHARGE!!! We took 10 minutes to complete the application on line and within 24 hours Angel delivered as promised. We were able to test drive and inspect the vehicle before signing any documents. Angel had all documents ready and reviewed every detail with us. The car was clean and good to go. Angel even had the plates and registration ready on the vehicle...no going to dmv! Process took 30 minutes and we never had to set foot in a dealership! No dealer fees, no hidden fees, bottom line pricing....just tax, title and registration! I noticed there were no car matts which were not mentioned as included on the window sticker. 2 days later we had new car mats delivered to our doorstep courtesy of Angel Marquez. This process seemed too good to be true...but it wasn't! Angel Marquez was a pure gentleman and never pushed or hounded us like everyone else at other dealerships did. I cannot give him enough praise. Do yourself a favor and save yourself from the stigma of car shopping and visit Angel Marquez at Hyundai of Central Florida...they earned our business! He handled unforeseen complications with poise when we sat down in the first car and demonstrated both integrity and enthusiasm in his work, not to mention an incredible amount of experience in the car sales industry. He made sure to let me know that there was a car he considered a better deal (2/3rds the mileage for 1000 dollars less and an incredible interior in a smooth riding 5 speed sonata) than the corolla I was interested in (although my loyalty won out in the end.) When I started the purchasing process the staff made it quick and easy and I was out in under an hour. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and I'd be happy to come back with more money someday. More
