This service center lacks training for their employees. There is very little communication once they have your car until you give them a poor review, then they keep calling you. We stopped by to schedule an appointment to have a rear tire looked at. It was around 12:45 Joseph at the service desk advised he could have a tech look at it at 1:00 when they return from lunch. Great dealership and staff! Our sales agent Jose Figueroa did an outstanding job of helping us find the perfect car. He is knowledgeable about each car, is patient (I ask a lot of questions), and he made us did an outstanding job of helping us find the perfect car. We had looked at cars at other dealerships (non Hyundai) and we felt as if all they wanted was our money and were in a rush to sell. We did not feel this way at Hyundai of Central Florida. It was a great experience and we didn't have to deal with the car "sharks". Not having to deal with dealer fees and all of the haggling was great! The gentleman in the finance department was also very helpful and informative. He helped us in deciding which maintenance plan to get for our car. We will definitely recommend this dealership to family and friends! More

I don't know why the service dept. doesn't seem want to do warranty work on a Hyundai that was not purchased here. My car has a pronounce low frequency hum when I'm accelerating in any gear while the engi do warranty work on a Hyundai that was not purchased here.
