Overall experience generally positive but not great. Your dealership advertises a no haggle experience, that the final price is the best you can do. However, when the final price was presented to me I asked if that amount could be reduced by several hundred dollars because the price allotted for my trade-in seemed unusually low. The sales person, Mr. Norris, went briefly to speak with someone and came back and said "OK". So, the "bottom dollar" price for the Hyundai turned out to not be the bottom dollar amount that you were able to pass on to me. This makes you no different from any other new or used car dealer.
