They didn’t fix my problem. I had to schedule another service to fix my transmission by replacing the clutch 3 weeks out. After visiting a few other dealerships, the visit to Hyundai of Central Florida was truly a breath of fresh air. No games played, straight up pricing and Wendy Kane was AWESOME! Our sales person, Ron Thomas, is incredibly helpful and pleasant. After my first experience at this dealership, I told my wife if we couldn't get the vehicle she was looking for through this dealer and Ron, it probably was not going to happen. The finance process is even smooth. I've been to dealerships where the finance person will pull out high pressure tactics to sell you on service add-ons/extended warranties. Not here. Anyone who dreads the idea of buying a new car needs to check this dealership out. More
