Traded in a 2021 Santa FE for a 2022 Santa Fe for the heated seats for my wife back. Stopped in to see if they wanted to buy my Hyundai, met with Jill Burks. Process was easy but offer was low, she suggested to take it to Carmax. Car max offered me $2k more than her offer, I am so glad she with Jill Burks. Process was easy but offer was low, she suggested to take it to Carmax. I took 2 star off for the lowball offer but gave 3 because she suggested I take it someplace else! More

I was looking for a used car and found a very nice one. The service person greeted us with a kind smile.
