My wife and I purchased our new 2025 Hyundai Tucson SEL Convenience this week and it was a very easy car buying experience. Barry was our salesman and he was amazing! We did most of our shopping online and Convenience this week and it was a very easy car buying experience. Barry was our salesman and he was amazing! We did most of our shopping online and new exactly what we wanted to look at, and he was happy to go grab the keys and let us test drive it by ourselves. We slept on it overnight and contacted Barry the next day to let him know we wanted to come back in and purchase it. Shortly after he sent a picture of the car already detailed with a bow on it! Barry fought for us to get every cent we could for our trade-in. Also, this really is a dealership with NO DEALER FEES! You can build your car on the website right now or look at the sticker prices they post to their website and know exactly what you're going to pay going in (before taxes and the VERY reasonable title fee). If nothing else, I would recommend here just for the transparent "no fee" pricing. This is a fantastic business model and put all of our worries to rest when Barry showed us the numbers for car. More

Salesman did not take his time in explaining disclosures thoroughly, I don’t think he knew what each page said. Very careless with cash money being left on desk without properly securing it and him walking thoroughly, I don’t think he knew what each page said. Because I brought cash I was made to feel like they were scared because I was paying with some cash and checks. Felt very uncomfortable with being brought to receptionist desk to pay in view of everyone and very little privacy. You guys need to step up your security and customer privacy and also make sure your salesman are knowledgeable and able to explain each and every disclosure and signature required, I was pushed through every page without proper explanation of each thing I was signing and when I stopped him he would tell me if I didn’t sign and complete it would not let him go any further. Also, he was not able to explain features of vehicle clearly, referred me to manual which there is not a full manual in vehicle, I believe they forgot to give me a thumb drive which would give me access to vehicle manual. As an ex banker I know the importance of explaining every little detail at closings in order to be in compliance. More
